This Terms of Use / User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("User," "you") and PrintProfile Hub Ltd. ("PrintProfile Hub," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of this website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of the Site

The Site provides independent, informational guidance about the Ender 3 V3 printer and offers a configuration profile file intended for use with the Cura slicing application. The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Creality or Ultimaker. Any product names, trademarks, or brand references belong to their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive, nominative purposes.

3. Eligibility and Acceptance

By using the Site, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to this Agreement.

4. License to Use the Profile File

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to obtain and use the configuration profile file made available on the Site for your personal or internal use with your own Ender 3 V3 printer and the Cura slicing application. This license does not permit you to redistribute, sublicense, sell, or claim authorship of the profile file.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of this Agreement.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related networks.
Misrepresent your affiliation with PrintProfile Hub, Creality, or Ultimaker.
Copy, scrape, or redistribute substantial portions of the Site's content without prior written permission.
Interfere with the normal operation of the Site, including through automated bulk requests.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, the text, layout, graphics, and original illustrations on the Site are owned by or licensed to PrintProfile Hub Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.

7. No Warranty

The Site, its content, and the profile file are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Printer settings can affect print outcomes and, in rare cases, equipment behavior; you are responsible for supervising your printer and verifying settings suit your specific hardware before and during use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PrintProfile Hub Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, equipment damage, or lost profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the profile file, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Site may reference or link to third-party resources, including manufacturer or slicing-application resources, for informational convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.

10. Cookies and Privacy

Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how cookies and personal data are handled, including the cookie consent controls available on every page.

11. Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site, at our discretion, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Site.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PrintProfile Hub Ltd. is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

14. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
